Helen Morris started “The Beautiful Side of Grief” podcast after losing her daughter, Tahl, in 2017. She wanted to provide a space for people to share their moments of heart-wrenching loss or those who are supporting them. There are a lot of unanswered questions around moments of loss. While attempting to provide answers may seem futile, at least we can establish a support network for each other. Given that I lost a friend to a car crash in two different instances, I was thankful for the opportunity to share my experience on Helen’s platform.
